eScooter.

We reckon we’re as environmental as anything.

EVs are coming. Wanna help us get ready?

This is Sparky. He does 0–60 kph in 4.5 seconds, and has a top speed of 100 kph. It’ll do around 40 km between charges (it takes 2.5 hours to charge). To run it costs about half a cent per kilometre. At ‘idle’ it makes no sound whatsoever; at speed it’s about as loud as a sewing machine.

You should see the looks on folks’ faces when you pass them.

The bike is part of our new ‘how it could be’ enterprise. We’re deadly serious about reducing our environmental footprint, and we figured the best way to prove it is to demonstrate.

We work from a home office. Although we work for people in other states we don’t travel to meet them (we use video conferencing). But we love meeting our local clients face to face when we can, which is where Sparky comes in.

Know a business who’s more serious about reducing environmental impact? We’d love to meet them. We’d also like to help you become more like us, environment wise.

Councils, state governments, fleet controllers, lend us your ears. The EVs are coming.

Frequently-asked questions

How do you charge it?

We plug it into a standard power point. Two-and-a-half hours later, vrooom! Actually, it’s more like ‘zzzzzzzz’.

Will I die if I drive one into a swimming pool?

Only if you’ve eaten in the previous 30 minutes and you cramp up and drown.

I heard that it can reach 450 kph if you ride it during a thunderstorm – is that true?

Ummm ...

If I get something stuck in it can I remove it by poking a knife into it, like a toaster?

OK I think that’s enough ...

Since it’s so quiet am I more likely to run over a blind person?

Well, yes, but usually ...

Can I charge it by rubbing my bum back and forth on the seat?

No.

Is it safe to ride if my hands are wet?

Yes.
